I was pleasantly surprised to receive it.The hair arrived within 7 days. It is very soft and carefully selected. The length is 100% real. The lace suits my skin perfectly. The packaging is great! This a great wig. The color is perfect it is truly a 26 in doesn’t shed much it’s nice and soft not itchy doesn’t get tangled and is not stiff. They have great communication and will make sure you and your package is okay. I love the quick responses and them checking up on me throughout the process. It came with some gifts too.

E-mail us at support@mebary.com and let us know your order NO. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your item back. Please make sure Merchandise is unused and in original state, opened merchandise will not be refunded.
Note: we highly recommend to ship your item via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
2.What's the return period?
We will provide a refund on unopened item within 15 days of the date that you receive your package.
