The ait was soft right out the box. There was no weird smell. It washed really well. And took to the flatiron and curling iron well. It was brassy for me so I did use a blue shampoo to tone it down and it looked good. Brought this for my mom and she said she really likes it and wears it often

1.How to return?
E-mail us at support@mebary.com and let us know your order NO. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your item back. Please make sure Merchandise is unused and in original state, opened merchandise will not be refunded.
Note: we highly recommend to ship your item via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
2.What's the return period?
We will provide a refund on unopened item within 15 days of the date that you receive your package.
4.Do I have to pay for shipping fee of my return?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because we will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
